Article 1:

At the close of each quarter a bank shall send, at the same time as it provides its financial statement, a "report on out standing unpaid and doubtful credit" in the format annexed hereto.

Article 2:

Exceptionally the report required in Article 1 hereof as of December 31, 1994 may delayed up to January 31, 1995.

Article 3:

Before January 31, 1995 each bank shall provide a description of the method it currently employs for the making of provisions for bad and doubtful debt.

Article 4:

Whenever a bank modifies, in any way, it method of making such provision it shall advise the National Bank of the change when sending the quarterly report referred to in Article 1 above.

Article 5:

This Circular shall be effective from December 31, 1994.
