REGULATION DATED MARCH 30, 1995

ON THE LATE SUBMISSION OF THE COMMERCIAL BANKS’ REPORTS

The Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia

Having seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Having seen the Kret 14 kr dated 08-02-1992 of the council of State,

Having seen the Kret of His Majesty Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, King of Cambodia dated 01-11-1993 to maintain H.E. Thor Peng Leath as Governor of NBC,

Having seen the Kret 89 kr dated 27-8-1992 of the Council of State,

Having seen the Anukret 29 ANKR on the Supervision of Commercial Banks, dated November 16, 1992.

Decides

Article 1:

A commercial bank shall forward all reports in the subscribed formats given to the National Bank of Cambodia by the due date as specified by the National Bank of Cambodia.

Article 2:

A Commercial bank that fails to submit its reports by the due date shall be penalized by the National Bank.

Article 3:

Cash penalties for late submission are as follows:

No of days late	Penalty Amount
- From 1 to 5 days	1,000,000.00 per day
- From 6 to 10 days	7,500,000.00 per day
- From 11 to 15 days	15,000,000.00 per day
- From 16 days and over will result in written warning from the Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia.

Article 4:

The conditions for submission of each report shall be governed by separate Circulars.

Article 5:

This Regulation is effective as of April 1, 1995
