KRET DATED APRIL 21, 1995

ON THE CREATION OF THE ROYAL SCHOOL OF ADMINISTRATION (ERA)

We,

Preahbath Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk Reach Harivong Uphato Suchea Visothipong Akamohaborasrat Nikarodom Thammik Mohareacheathireach Boromaneat Boromabopit Preah Chau Krong Kampuchea Thipdey;

The King of Cambodia;

having seen the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
having seen Kret dated November 1, 1993 on the appointment of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
having seen Kret dated September 24, 1993 on the appointment of the First Prime Minister and the Second Prime Minister of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
having seen Kram NS-RKM-0794-002 dated July 20, 1994 on the organization and functioning of the Council of Ministers;
having seen the Franco-Cambodian Accord dated February 25, 1994 relating to the reestablishment of the Cambodian Royal School of Administration;

On the proposal of the two Samdech Prime Ministers and the Co-Ministers in charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers, after agreement of the Council of Ministers during its meeting in plenary session on March 7, 1995;

order:

Article 1:

There is created a Royal School of Administration (ERA) that shall be placed under the supervision of the Office of the Council of Ministers.

Article 2:

The Royal Administration School shall have as its mission to recruit, train and improve officials destined to serve the Administration of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Article 3:

The Royal School of Administration shall be directed by a Senior Official assisted by a Board of Directors.

Article 4:

The status of the Royal School of Administration shall be established by anukret.

Article 5:

All provisions contrary to this Kret are hereby abrogated.

Article 6:

The First Prime Minister, the Second Prime Minister and Co-Ministers of the Office of the Council of Ministers shall be responsible for the enforcement of this Kret.

Article 7:

This Kret shall be in force from the date of its signature.
