The Creation of Embassy of the Kingdom of Cambodia
to the Republic of Korea

Having seen the Constitution
of the Kingdom of Cambodia;
-
Having seen Reach Kret
NS/RKT/1198/72 of November 30, 1998 regarding the establishment of the Royal
Government of Cambodia;
-
Having seen Reach Kram
02/NS/94 of July 20, 1994, promulgating the Law on the Organization and
Functioning of the Council of Ministers;
-
Having seen Reach Kram
NS/RKM/0699/10 of January 24, 1996, promulgating the Law on the Establishment
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation;
-
Pursuant to the proposal of
the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
To establish the embassy of the Kingdom of
Cambodia to the Republic of Korea with a residence in Seoul.
Article 2:
The embassy shall be headed by a chief of
diplomatic mission who is a plenipotentiary ambassador.
Article 3:
Other diplomatic officials, technical
official and service staff shall be based on actual need.
Article 4:
Financial system applicable to diplomatic
official, technical official and service staff of such embassy shall be
classified as “A”.
Article 5:
Anukret No.13/ANKr-BK of February 2, 2001
shall be deemed abrogated.
Article 6:
The Minister in charge of the Council of
Ministers, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the
Minister of Economy and Finance, the Secretary General of General Secretariat for
Public Service, all Ministers and Secretaries of State shall effectively
implement this Anukret from the date of signature.
