51, 90, 91, 93 and Articles in Chapter 8 through Chapter 14 of the Constitution
of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

Having seen Royal Kret
NS/RKT/1198/72 dated November 30, 1998 regarding the appointment of the Royal
Government of Cambodia;

Having seen Royal Kram
02/NS/94 dated January 20, 1994, promulgating the Law on the Establishment and
Organization of the Council of Ministers;

Having seen Royal Kram
NS/RKM/1096/10 dated January 24, 1996, promulgating the Law on the
Establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation;

Pursuant to the proposal
of Samdech Prime Minister and Senior Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs
and International Cooperation;
The Law on the Adoption of Cambodian Membership in the Treaty on the General Prohibition of Nuclear Weapon Test which was adopted by the National Assembly on the 28th of August 2000 at its 4th plenary session of the 2nd legislature and entirely adopted by the Senate on its form and legal concepts on the 28th of August 2000 at its 3rd plenary session of the 1st legislature with the following provisions:

The Adoption of Cambodian
Membership into the Treaty
on the General Prohibition of
Nuclear Weapon Testing
Article 1:
To adopt of Cambodian
Membership into the Treaty on the General Prohibition of Nuclear Weapon Testing
which was adopted by the 24th of September 1996 at the General Assembly of the
United Nations in New York.
Article 2:
The Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia shall
continue to exercise all procedures for enforcement of this Treaty.
