Q:

You don't need to be a computer expert to use the Internet. However, you

very simple and basic computer skills.
Q:
I am currently using one of the local e-mail services in Phnom Penh. Is
it going to cost me more to use the Internet for my e-mail?
A:
If you only want to use Big Pond Cambodia to send and receive e-mail,
then you work very much as you do now; that is you prepare and read your
e-mail off-line (not connected to the Internet). You only need to
connect to do the actual sending and receiving. We believe that for
most people even the cheapest Big Pond plan – the Casual User plan –
provides more than enough on-line time to send all of your email. You
get the additional benefit of being able to access the rich content of
the Internet whenever you choose.
