August 31st
The former Cambodian students who studied in Japan has established the Japan Alumni of Cambodia (JAC) and the Launching Celebration for its establishment was held on 31st August at Juliana Hotel.

Japanese and Classical Concert was held at the Multi-purpose Hall of the Embassy of Japan. The great harmony of the melody of Cambodian and Japanese vocalists and the instruments, the violin and the piano, deeply fascinated the audience in the concert.

June 04 Explanatory Meeting on Japanese Government Scholarships for 2003 was held on 4th June at the Embassy of Japan. In the meeting, four Cambodian ex-students who studied in Japan under this Scholarships were invited and answered questions from the attenders.
