Hand-over Ceremony of Books
to Documentation Center (Royal University of Agriculture)
and Hun Sen Library (Royal University of Phnom Penh)

This ceremony is to hand over books donated by the Japan Foundation through "The Library Support Program" to the Documentation Center of the Royal University of Agriculture and Hun Sen Library of the Royal University of Phnom Penh.
Mr. Hirotsugu IKEDA, the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan, Dr. Chan Naret, Director of the Royal University of Agriculture, and other represetatives from the reciepent institutions, will attend the ceremony.
- To the Documentation Center: 53 volumes of books with the amount of approximately two thousand and four hundred US Dollars (US$ 2,400.00).
- To the Hun Sen Library: 14 volumes of books with the amount of approximately one thousand and seven hundred US Dollars (US$ 1,700.00).
Lists of books are attached herewith.
It is expected that this program could promote more understanding about the Japanese society, economy, culture, literature, etc., among Cambodian scholars who have interest on Japan in order to strengthen partnership between the two countries.
